Delete your Albor account

You can delete your Albor account (the workout app with a valley that wakes up) and all your data whenever you like.

From the app (immediately)

1. Open Albor and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
3. Everything is deleted at once and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email alborappinfo@gmail.com from the address you sign in to Albor with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days at most (usually within a day or two) and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Everything: your account and profile (name, photo and bio), your path and health data, your workouts with their photos and routes, your measurements and progress photos, your village, your medals and achievements, your gifts, your tribe membership, your comments, your usage statistics and your notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

• Server backups, which rotate on their own within 7 days.
• App error reports (without your name or email), which are deleted on their own within 90 days at most.
• If you bought Albor+, Google Play or the App Store keep the purchase record under their own rules (and the law).
• Nothing else.
